We are straight-talking, no-nonsense professionals with long-term experience working with high profile agencies and major international companies. We are dedicated, discreet, flexible and able to deal with most situations, comfortable working at all client levels including board. We really love what we do, and it shows.

We are totally hands-on – when you talk to us, you talk to the people who actually roll up their sleeves and do the work. We build larger teams around individual project requirements as necessary using trusted associates with relevant skills. This results in optimum team-build and keeps costs down.

debbie martindale:
After studying media & production design at the LCP (University of the Arts London, First Class Hons) Debbie joined several high profile London-based creative agencies in senior roles. During her five years at Pentagram she was privileged to work closely with the iconic Alan Fletcher as part of his award-winning team. She has worked in Europe and Scandinavia with national and international companies. Debbie has also worked as a part-time design lecturer.

A true designer, Debbie enjoys being hands-on and now helps a variety of businesses and organisations to maximise their brand potential at every level.

jackie matthews:
After graduating in Middle Eastern studies Jackie worked in illustrated multi-national publishing before moving over to the design industry. She is experienced in all aspects of editorial work, creative direction, marketing and PR.

Always admiring of the way words and visual imagery can be manipulated to get any message across, Jackie firmly believes that integrity and honesty should never be compromised.
